Download Blitz Latin here

Blitz Latin can be downloaded and licensed by email. We usually get the password to unlock Blitz Latin to you within the working day it is ordered.

When Windows asks you whether you want to Save the file or Run the file you can choose either. If you Run the file Windows will download it to a temporary folder, install it and delete the installation program. If you Save the file you will need to remember where you saved it and double click on it to install it. After this you will still have the installation program, should you want it, without having to download it again.

After you have installed Blitz Latin you will have 10 sessions before it needs activating. To activate it send us the PIN number that Blitz Latin gives you when you click on the Help menu and Register. We will then email you the password to permanently unlock the software.

How to buy Blitz Latin

You can buy directly from the shop on this page, or telephone us on the number on the Contacts page.
To licence Blitz Latin you need to install the software and go to the Help menu and click Register. Email or phone us with the PIN number you see on this page and we will return the password.
The software is permanently activated on that PC by the returned code. We will activate Blitz Latin on a second PC providing the software is for your sole use.
To date we have not made any charges for new versions, but if in future you change PCs there will be a small admin charge for reissuing new passwords.
The software will run on any Windows PC. If you have a Mac you may be able to run it under Windows emulation, but you can, and should, try the software first before buying it.
Once the password has been issued we will not refund the charge. This is because the software is now permanently activated on your computer.

40,000 word dictionary with extensions to include neo Latin (words such as car and aircraft) and Vatican and ecclesiastical words not found in other general Latin dictionaries. Can be used as an electronic dictionary. A single click on a word brings up all the alternatives and the grammar.

Prices

Blitz Latin costs £24.68 excluding tax for a single user licence. When you purchase a licence you get the additional medieval dictionary.
